🔍 Additional Terms
Eligibility: Promotion available only to active wholesale customers in good standing. Orders must be placed via Virtual Showroom or directly through Bear Den by April 25, 2025.
Freight Terms:
The freight cap refers to percentage of the order total.
Free shipping is only valid for deliveries within the state of Michigan.
Delivery Window: All qualifying orders must ship and be received no later than May 31, 2025.
Single Ship-To: Promotional tiers apply per order, per ship-to location. Orders cannot be combined across locations or invoices to meet thresholds.
Credit Terms: Net 30 payment terms apply only to customers with approved credit on file and are governed by Bear Den’s standard Credit Terms & Conditions.
Additional Conditions: This offer:
Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Applies only to orders placed during the promotional period.
May be invoiced in multiple shipments at Bear Den’s discretion based on availability.
Returns & Cancellations: Subject to Bear Den’s Wholesale Terms & Conditions, including restocking fees where applicable.
